Approved, free parking options:

The MDOT Welcome Center on Bagley at 20th Street has a large lot. Take Bagley east to 14th, hang a left and you’re at Roosevelt Park!

University of Detroit Mercy Dental School has a gated, guarded lot on Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. They can enter the gate at 17th Street for lot “N” and Magnolia St. for Lot “M”. Parking in the 2 lots at the Main Entrance of the Dental School is prohibited. Then head south on 14th to Roosevelt Park via the bike lanes that the Tour de Troit helped to fund!

Motor City Casino and Hotel has a ginormous parking structures they will allow our riders to make use of. This is also the best place to park if you need to bike over to 2424 Second Ave. to pick up your packet before the ride.

Please note: All vehicles parked are the responsibility of the owner and not the Tour de Troit, UDM Dental School, Motor City Casino and Hotel or the State of Michigan. Please lock your vehicle and remove all valuables. Be smart! We offer handicapped parking on 14th Street, just south of Michigan Avenue. Permit required.

Day-of Packet Pickup: Registrants that are not able to pick up their packets in advance must pick them up between 6 and 8 am at The Block at Cass Park. We recommend parking at Motor City Casino, riding a few blocks east on Temple to get your packet, then double back on Temple to Trumbull and hang a left. When you hit Michigan Avenue, go right and Roosevelt Park will be on your left in about a half-mile.
